PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

GCMRM invites submission of paper that provides insight into key research issues as per the following format.

Title page

Title (and subtitle) final (Font 16)

Authors

All author names and affiliation included

E-mail address / contact details of corresponding author included

E-mail address / contact details of co-authors included

Abstract

Your abstract should be one paragraph and should not exceed 300 words (Font Times New Roman 10 size; Italic). It is a summary of the most important elements of your paper.

Abstracts should be submitted via e-mail to [email protected].

Accompany your abstract with a biography of not more than 50 words.

Keywords

Please include keywords that described the paper

(Example : keyword 1, keyword 2, …..)

Main Text

Begin your paper with the Introduction.

Paper should be in MS Word File Format (Full Papers of length 3000 to 5000 words in APA format). The margin one inch top, bottom, left, and right; and should be typed in Times New Roman Font, Font Size 10 with single-spaced; and aligned flush Justify

The text of the full paper should include the title but not include the name(s) of the author(s) to facilitate blind review

The page number appears on the right side of each page.

Headings

Use headings and subheadings to organize the sections of your paper. Do not start a new page for each heading.

Subheading

Subheadings are formatted with italics and are aligned flush left.

Citations

Source material must be documented in the body of the paper by citing the authors and dates of the sources. The full source citation will appear in the list of references that follows the body of the paper. For example, Smith (2001). or (Smith and Jones, 2001; Anderson, Charles, & Johnson, 2003 “et al.”).

Note: The body of the research paper may include the following keeping in view the broad theme of GCMRM conference:

• Introduction
• Literature Review
• Methodology
• Results / findings
• Conclusion

Citations in text agree with reference list

Entries are organized alphabetically by surnames of first authors and are formatted with a hanging indent. Most reference entries have three components:

1. Authors: Authors are listed in the same order as specified in the source, using surnames and initials. Commas separate all authors. When there are seven or more authors, list the first six and then use "et al." for remaining authors. If no author is identified, the title of the document begins the reference.

2. Year of Publication: In parenthesis following authors, with a period following the closing parenthesis. If no publication date is identified, use "n.d." in parenthesis following the authors.

3. Source Reference: Includes title, journal, volume, pages (for journal article) or title, city of publication, publisher (for book).

The paper saved as a MS Word file format (DOC or DOCX)

Subject of the email

Subject of the email should state paper submission for GCMRM Conference (date of conference) "Track……".

Consent

Consent to publish the submission.

Permissions

Obtained permission for verbatim (tables, figures, pictures etc.)

Note: In order to include your contribution to the conference and the proceedings at least one author per accepted manuscript must Register for the conference
